We're not talking about someone who is mute and can't talk. Stutterers have the ability to speak. And most all of us have had peaks and valleys with our speech. We have moments of fluency, even if they are brief. Those moments are proof that you can stand up and walk. It's a matter of learning to move the needle with regards to our fluency.
