Where I live, at ome time a single ticket in the city was 1.25. an all day pass was just less than $5, 14 day pass was under $20 and the 30 day pass was a little more than $30. I could get on any bus and even if it was the wrong one I always had more rides. Except the one time I lost my pass. It was the end of the 30 days though not too bad. If you mean longer distance busses... For me I would write everything down as much as that takes extra time.
