Actually no evidences that can prove relevances between stutter and exercises but stutter is relevant to hormones in some ways so maybe your exercises did reduce anxious and depressed hormones and that's why your stutter faded away.But no pathologists pointed out that stutter can be migitated by exercises.Myself is an opposite example in addition and during my stutter time,I couldn't feel differences before exericses and after exericses. But still glad to hear you recovered from it.But I dunno why you still returned here to moan about not being understood by others.That won't be important cuz no any other can help you out but only youself can.Also any negative emotion induced from stutter will induce stutter also and it's a vicious circle.
