Hmm, maybe situational reduction, but it wasn't just because of toastmasters. After years of doing things out of my comfort zone and being more social, some things have been easier. For example, I have a much easier time saying my name. I don't know if they would be different, but my guess is that the city one will have an older crowd with more professionals. You can always check both out and see what you like better.
