Reading aloud in groups is pretty much a staple in all stuttering courses. And most of the time the methods to help are the same as other stuttering techniques. I found that, rather than keeping your eyes down and focusing on what you’re saying, look up more, which may seem counter-intuitive, but I found that if I caught myself acting particularly shy, then my stutter would get worse. Fake it till you make it, and fake some confidence.
