I actually didn't realise we made it that hard for Filipino people to come here. I know we have big recruitment drives over there quite often, and lots of my colleagues are from the Philippines - your language is spoken around me in staffrooms all the time. Brexit is a giant, ridiculous, insane fuckup. I'd imagine it will actually make it easier to come here from the Philippines, since it will mean we have an even greater need to recruit.
