What's causing the increase In stuttering? Is something stressing him out. First and foremost make sure he feels it's OK to stutter around you guys especially. The more self conscious he is of it, The worse it'll get. I wish I did speech therapy as a kid but if I had have been offered it I probably would have pushed against it. So I can't really say what to do there
