Not a doctor. And you may want to make an appointment with a physician who works within speech pathology for more technical guidance. My thought though is -- this is being generally overwhelmed and while a stutter of words happen, you may not be a "stutterer," in medical terms. This is way off base from what your question is, but may apply. On the tv talk show Kelly & Mark, I have said for years, Kelly Ripa has stuttering tendencies. Yet, she is not a stutterer. She constantly has dramatic pauses, has mild stuckage for lack of a better term on words and phrases, and at times can repeat herself. Is she a stutterer? No. Maybe she is nervous? Maybe it is acting before the cameras to build drama? I have no idea. My point though is this...not all stutters mean you are a stutterer.
