Quarantine I started to try to focus on my speech before quarantine. I took speech lessons with a guy who was quite cool and I started to not stutter as much. But now that I haven’t been out and talking to people at school or spoken to anyone outside my household it’s getting worse. I don’t know if it’s just me but when I talk to someone now I can nearly get a sentence out. Does anyone know any tips on how I can focus on my speech again and now be as worried when I talk to people? Thanks for reading.
