Exactly, it’s strange going for a normal drive to the store, then all the sudden an excruciatingly painful memory jumps out for no reason at all. It’s as if I’m there, reliving the sweating, heart pounding shame all over again. I don’t wanna be too depressing as I’ve found things I love dearly in life. But these tiny memories never go away
