Hehe. It’s usually at my uni or like in the metro or so. I always say something that’s on my mind, like, “it’s so busy today”, “I’m so jealous that you have a hat it’s so cold” and continue to make the conversation flow from there.  A while ago my stutter is used to be mainly long speech blocks. It still got some speech blocks but a lot less. I have a stutter card which I show the other person. Regarding your last question, I do both. Usually I go in cold, sometimes I try to make eye contact first. Generally, out of all these interactions, there’s only a few that don’t want to talk. Sometimes I ask if they want to study together, sometimes it’s ask for their Instagram, sometimes they ask for mine. The problem is ofthen they either don’t send a text (even when they asked for mine), or they’ll say “I’ll let you know” when we discuss dates to study or so, and then it never happens. Or they stop replying
