I was destroyed for a long time and slowly recovered, i can speak now but i wanted to talk about it here. And then someone DM me this : I saw your post at the stutter page and I know the exact time and place where I had my first stutter. Ironically it was when I was 18 which is kind of late to develop a stutter. However, I too can tell you the date I defeated stuttering, 3 months ago! Another user here DMed suggesting I read “How to Stop Stuttering and Love Speaking” by Lee G Lovett. I read it and immersed myself in his program and I can honestly say I have my speech under control. I hope for you and everyone else suffering from this debilitating thing to check out his program because it’s the only thing that worked for me.
