Things will pan out man. My stuttering has had periods of absence and extreme trouble but it’s all connected to your mindset. If your life is going well, your stutter will be noticeably absent and if your life is going poorly, it will show itself. Just live life man, don’t tread on it - acknowledge that it will be a part of you weather you like it or not and just move forward - all of us here are lifelong stutterers. To answer your question, yes, you can live a normal life if you don’t let your stutter take control of it.
