Idk really. I guess it’s interesting. As I took a course on the hospital aspects of SLP like anatomy/physiology of speech mechanics and saw videos of clients swallowing. It was pretty interesting. But I guess I’ll do more research and determine that for myself I initially wanted to do SLP cause I am a prsn with speech impediment deal with my whole life. So thought I could help others the same. Like be private practice SLP so i could wrk from home loll😭, stutter specialist something like that With all forms SLP private, hospital, schools u have to first get ur masters no way around it for 2-3 years depends full time/part time program. Then supervised by another SLP for a while. Then after u have to take a licensing exam then apply for the license to be a full practicing SLP.
