I do have advice, but it’s highly unusual... I beat my 20+ year stutter using my mind. I know it seems strange… There’s a book I think you’d benefit from. It helped me open my eyes to what was causing the same problem you have. The book is “the magic of believing” by Claude Bristol. The book never mentions stuttering… BUT when I applied it to my stutter, it helped me eventually reduce the anticipation so much that it’s not a bother. I started a YouTube channel to share what helped me beat my stutter… and it’s real world tested. I’m not perfect, but I’m 97% more fluent than I was. I’m not here to self-promote, so you’d have to find my YouTube channel link in my Reddit profile.
