Bro we have the same issue chill, this is not any unique issue, it is called stammering, I started to stutter from childhood, whenever used to get stuck on some word, my sister used to tell me speak faster..speak faster more fast, and it got incribed in my find so this speaking pattern got developed in me. Now I am 21 yrs old, I speak faster same as you and also sometimes I get stuck on specific words. But we have to overcome it through breathing exercises and training our subconscious mind.
