You're seen bro, I can relate wholeheartedly, greetings for me used to be so bad, I live in a place where it's customary to greet people, so imagine stuttering the first time of day to greet people, it gives a sense of low self esteem and self worth, the advice I will always recommend for everyone struggling is to not let stuttering be the main focus of your existence, acknowledge that you stutter and put it on your chest that that's who you are, regardless of anyone's expectations from you, then to improve your speech, sing, silly I know and I keep repeating this for advice here but just practice singing different songs, making sure to get the lyrics correctly 24/7 for a year, it might sound anecdotal(it is), but singing has helped a lot of stutters get control of their speech as it makes your brain primed to speak and produce sounds better, a lot of artistes who stutter like Ed Sheeran also swear by it, it wouldn't hurt to try, this is from someone who couldn't say the letter F.
