I think that's a good thing to be able to notice, yeah. This basic situation of "being counter to" or "facing an obstacle" can certainly make us angry... but the effort involved in presenting anger might as well become an effort to perform different sorts of actions. In that sense, it's habitual, I think. We have to choose how to respond to situations that piss us off. Or rather, it'd be neat if we could not really be pissed off after all, but instead look for ways to solve or discard. Something like that, yeah?
