There is no magic. It takes hard work. You wrote a post titled, ''don't know what to do'' and then identified the problem is that you're too lazy to deal with it. You KNOW what the problem is, you just want an easy solution. There isn't one. And every person who overcomes this affliction learns that eventually and THEN starts making progress.
