Pushed myself to order something out of my comfort zone in the drive through and failed miserably i had a fine day at work talking to people without a single issue and my mom asked me to go to kfc to get her & my dad a chicken sandwich and instead of just saying the meal number and wasting the xtra money I told myself I would just say two chicken sandwiches and I stuttered like fifty times on the sandwich part and it was probably the worst it’s ever been and it was humiliating. Instances like this are exactly why I am so discouraged. I know no one cares that much but it just sucks. It takes me back to being in high school and having meltdowns after every speech and presentation especially knowing it’s still a prominent issue in life and probably will always be.
