When you say social anxiety, are you speaking diagnostically? Are you on any medication? And did you ever try speech therapy? As for "easier", well... that depends. I think the challenge is acknowledging the stutter you have and then working from that. Speaking takes a while longer for you, but that doesn't mean what you have to say is less worthwhile. There are people who will listen regardless.
