It sounds like you need psychotherapy. Speech therapy may not have worked, but I don't see the your speech as being the problem here--it's your reaction to your speech that is holding you back. I'm almost 32 and have gone through all of what you're feeling. Regular therapy has helped me shift my viewpoint and see how I can deal with my emotions. I highly suggest you seek out a therapist in your area and follow through with it for at least a few months. You're not alone, friend.
