Also confirm this :) I was always afraid of any kind of public speaking and presentation. When I started doing master's degree, I got to know I have to make at least 1 presentation every semester. The first one was awful, I was stressed the whole previous day, I was sweating af an hour before and whole time during the presentation. Now after 2.5 years, I don't even thing about it :) Recently I was doing a presentation in English (it's not my native language) and I was stressed only a little bit until I started talking. So, yeah. Getting out of your comfort zone is one of the best things to get better with speaking, even if sometimes it can be stressful and fucking hard at the beginning.
