Your right, its short term however its more of an after effect of my reading out loud every night, because whilst doing so it allows me to express the sort of voice I want to have, deep,articulate,slow and controlled. Over time its become incorporated into my everyday voice ( I always think of the 3 C's when tense - Clear,calm,controlled)
