I understand what you're going through. I used to hate phone calls and I guess I still do but I learned some tricks down the road. Like the previous poster said, just use words you have the least trouble with and draft a message to use. Practice it, memorize it and be nonchalant about it. I really feel like being anxious on the phone makes it worse so I either tend to be nonchalant about it or make myself feel like its a chore - and surprisingly that helps.. sometimes!
