Hey, I went to this therapy program in the Summer of 22. The techniques taught there did not help my speech and only made my speech more robotic. In fact, my speech actually got worse after completing the program (although I can’t speak for everyone who went through this). The “targets” are just the techniques they teach there. I wouldn’t recommend this therapy, but if you really want more info about it I’ll try to help. The only plus of my experience was getting to meet some cool people who stuttered from across the US.
