Accept it for what it is. When it happens, bring it up and laugh about it. For some, this will work. For others, you will repel. That's good. because you only want to associate with those who accept you with your flaws. I've noticed when I'm around people that accept me for who I am, the stutter is practically nonexistent. It's only when I'm judged that it comes out, but the shadow work I'm doing is helping to release that. I rarely stutter now, and it's ok if I do.
