It sounds like you've not gotten over worrying about your speech just yet. The main step towards overcoming your stutter is letting go of judgement of others. This is very difficult, and it took me years to achieve this, and I still catch myself doing this sometimes. It is very difficult to work on improving your speech if you're letting things you cannot control bother you. This is the VERY first teaching of every wise monk, every religious teacher from every religion, every self-help coach, every therapists, etc., to free yourself from other people's judgement. For us PWS this is even more important because fearing other people's judgement makes our speech that much worse. It literally causes our brain to engage the 'freeze' mode in response to the perceived danger (so we're unknowingly sabotaging our speech, and we're setting the stage to fail in future as well). So even more reason to completely stop worrying about what others might say or think.
