Sometimes he stutters on plosive sounds I mentioned , but other times he doesn’t. Does this mean he still has speech issues? When I checked with his class teacher, she said she thinks it’s developmental. I’m not sure if I should wait or take further action. He’s already 7-years old. What I’m planning to do is bring this up again during the next parent-teacher conference and ask if he can be evaluated for speech therapy at school. Does this sound like the right approach?
