If I were you I'd be looking for jobs where verbal interaction is a must. That's essentially the only way I improved my speech, by speaking more. People figured out that I had a stutter, but they know I improve as my tenure with them progresses. If you can find a place to work where you don't have to speak to anybody, more power to you though. Those tend to get boring.
