How to flirt as a stutterer?

How to flirt as a stutterer? So I (m20) Have had a stutter since I was about seven and It's pretty much always stopped me from ever trying to flirt with women but I would like to try and become better and I was wondering if any of my fellow stutterers could give me advice? P.s. I've tried online dating but don't get any matches.
