Yes. I have. And this is just my experience. Also, as a "former" stammerer, i start to talk fluently and then have to slow my speech a bit down to deal with all the speech blocks. So that's why I say Stammering can't be "cured"(at least for me). Even when talking fluently, when an ex-stammerer stutters, it can trigger the same old anxiety, but hopefully, not with the same intensity. Please keep in mind, every body stammers and no one can be 100% fluent _all the time_ (But what if you Stammer on your name???? That's not a normal thing to Stammer on, is it?) I also stammer on my name. It's long and begins with a "Ka" sound. Don't pay much attention to these thoughts. Yes, it is tied to confidence and our "self image". Really glad that you have improved so much, working on the telephone is... awesome for a stammerer💯 Do learn about "Speech Blocks" and how to "dissolve" them. It'll help. Hope I didn't confuse you further. Please feel free to ask me anything about what I said if it confuses you✌️🙏
