Thank you for this post. It really made my day! I completely agree with your sentiments about us being in this together. I attended an NSA meeting for the first time after I moved to a new place and even though the people I met were complete strangers, I felt a special kinship with each and every person - like they were family or long-lost friends. I know you mentioned there were various practice techniques that you used. In your opinion, what's something we all could allocate time to do today to help with fluency? For example, reading aloud or in front of a mirror, etc. I do some yoga right now on and off just for long-standing flexibility and physical issues, but it doesn't make a difference in my speech- not that I was seeking any benefit from it in that regard. I've yet to get around to breathing exercises or meditation.
