I work in video games. I lead a team of \~7 people and I have to communicate constantly about different things. Thankfully a lot of it can be done through text, but being in a meeting is still scary and I still don't say as much as I want to. I often wonder if people respect me, but it is what it is. I'm trying my best and things seem to be going well so far.
