Mcguire Programme

Mcguire Programme Has anyone here tried the Mcguire Programme? Did it work for you? Is it a scam? My fiancé is thinking of trying this. He has had a stutter from childhood and from what I have read on here it is a silent block or covert stutter. He is currently in SLP but is frustrated by his lack of progress. Thanks for any help or comments.
