That's kinda what I meant by AI, AI has been used in medical research before to come up with new ways and solutions to other problems so I would guess it could also find what's wrong with the brain that causes it to stutter and hopefully find a solution like brain implant or maybe some medicine. That may be unrealistic, although I think that is our most likely outcome since almost no one wants to research it manually
