It doesn’t mean bad news. The only news that means bad news is if they decline to hire you. Yes, statistically you’re not going to get the job. It probably wouldn’t be because of the stutter though. People aren’t hired for a million reasons, and I’ve only ever not be hired because of my stutter once. Been not hired for other reasons, but stuttering has not been a reason except once.
