Dry mouth and increase in stuttering ? I have a mild stutter and work in a call centre and the doors and windows are always closed with the ac on constantly. It leaves the air quite dry I think and often my lips and mouth and all dry and sometimes drinking water helps but I could go through a whole litre of water in an hour and a half and feel the same with no affect from the water. Usually this can cause me to stutter more and when paired with a blocked nose that I can clear or congested/dry throat, it makes it much worse. Does anyone experience similar problems and how do you work around it ? If I can't breath properly, it causes me to stutter more and I'm already overweight which the blocked nose makes much worse. Which can also lead to me breathing through my mouth which does dry it out too
