What names do people not stutter on? What would you name your son/daughter if you didn't want them to have trouble saying their name, should they stutter? So many stutterers seems to have difficulty saying their own name. Is there anyone you know who doesn't stutter on their own name? If so, would you mind sharing what sound it starts with? I find "s" sounds easy to say and try to always start a sentence with an s, so I always wished my name started with s too. But I see a lot of people on here with trouble with "s" sounds. It seems to just be a psychological issues with saying your own name regardless, would that be right? Now that I think about it, starting a sentence with the name vowel as my name isn't a particular issue for me at all. Is there any names/sounds that are just universally easy for stutterers to say? Be interesting to hear people's thoughts.
