Inhale, exhale for 1-2 seconds with the intention of giving air out naturally from the open mouth, then start talking for 6 second. You should also improve your articulation. You should master these skills first in your comfort zone.After gaining self confidence , you can use it everywhere. Airflow and correct articulation are the strongest guns.Use them, as not to be a victim.
