It hasn’t helped me at all, however I never really expected it to. I find my stutter is less anxiety driven and more just always there. Either way, propranolol works very differently than sertraline so I’m unsure how it might affect speech for other people. It’s a blood pressure medication and used to target the physical effects of anxiety rather than the mental, the idea being that a physical feeling of calm may help the brain relax as well.
