The reason I avoid speaking It isn’t because I’m afraid of people laughing at my stutter—I’m used to that. I avoid it because I hate the mood swings that follow. I feel completely drained after speaking, like I’ve used 100% of my brain. Do you also find it hard to do anything after speaking, especially focusing on tasks?
