If it's in front of a group and they're actually being an asshole, I would point out that they're making fun of a disability. Then ask them if they would mock someone who is (insert other disability here). Or I just ignore it and never speak to them again. If they're a friend and it's actually something funny, I would just laugh with them though. It all depends on the context, I guess.
