MSc student of Research in biology here, and currently applying for PhD. I am abroad this year as well and plan to do my PhD abroad too. I stutter quite a lot in English compared to my mother tongue so it's hard. I am also terrified about the idea of making presentations and my meetings with my supervisor are always lot dreadful... Also, despite my stuttering I'm an extrovert person and I love the idea of teaching. 90% of PhD require half time of demonstrating in undergrad classes. In my good days I am a good pédagogue person and I think I would love to demonstrate in a class a lot. But in bad days, I think I might just be so desperate and stressed out to teach... To PhD students who also demonstrate: how do you manage?
