To add to this though -- I still do the practices daily, it's something for me to hang on to rather than just feeling bad about myself. And really simple things, like breathing while you talk, I never thought of that, so those rules really help. So, I do take value from the course. I just try to have the attitude to better myself while continuing to value the person I am despite the fact I stutter or other traits I have that may be out of my control but may be not totally desirable.
