One method that has helped me I have suffered from a severe stutter since i could talk, and through time my stutter haa gotten better currently i'm 20yo male and my stutter is probably considered mild to moderate. And likely due to my stutter and other things I developed crippling anxiety. I attended speech therapy from 3-6 and briefly at the age of 16, in my opinion those helped minimally. However, For me there have been a few things that have helped to lesson my anxiety and my stutter drastically. 1. Remember that people dont think much of your stutter besides simply acknowledging it, it may annoy them at times but they won't think much of it. 2. Even if people do think about it, who gives a fuck about what they think, if they can't accept you for the way you are then why even bother with them 3. This is probably the most important, try to push through your anxiety and just accept that you stutter, yes sometimes it feels impossible to but you have to try, try taking every opportunity you have to test your anxiety and your speech, this helps majorly... I used to have pretty crippling anxiety paired with a severe stutter, then I tried those three things and both my anxiety and stuttering got better... I'm not saying it cured my stuttering or anxiety, however it improved them tenfold
