New member here I’m 19 and a college student at USC. I speak with a severe stutter and have for my whole life. The funny part is both my first and last name begin with far and away the most difficult sound for me, so every time I introduce myself I stutter HARD (and I prolong so it sounds extra dumb). I’ve been in speech therapy my whole life and continue to receive it. If nothing else, I guess I’m just looking for advice on how to talk to people in college. Having a stutter definitely holds me back and it’s only gotten worse over the past year or so. I have absolutely no friends, no acquaintances, nothing. Not to be a sob story or anything, just looking for advice. Thanks! YSL -YSL
