Sure! This was not a scientific study. Just an anecdotal evidence. Every time I take choline in the morning (500mg capsule - the only one I have) It helps with my stuttering. The anxiety is what I feel when I start talking with someone and start to stutter. The anxiety increase as I start to stutter and then I stutter more and the anxiety increases even more and so on. With choline it seems that I can take my conversation forward without the increased anxiety. But I believe I have less anxiety because I can speak easily and without blocks and this increases my confidence and decrease anxiety. And then it's a positive loop.
