when my stutter was at its worse a new guy had work starred whose stutter was worse than mine. neither of us mentioned it to the other but we had some general conversations, were in the same friends group outside work. thinking about it, it must have been quite funny for onlookers to watch our conversations! I did a course that really helped me, and when I came back we talked about our stutters and I told him about the course but he wasn't interested. about 3 years later we were all hanging out together and I volunteered to call the taxi. it was this that made him to do the course!
