If it is.. then I am sorry you may need to find a speech therapy to let therapist teach you techniques... and yeah that will necessarily lose the spontaneity of your speech so that it will make your speech sound kinda unnatural.. But that is the only way out.. I am sorry if your stuttering is neurologically dominated. Now I believe for my case don't fight against stuttering!
